Questions we actually get
What people ask before they sign up.
- Do you take a cut of what I sell?
- No. Orders through your own site, app and register carry no commission, at any volume. Your card processor still charges their fee, and that goes to them, not us.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- We stop and tell you exactly which limit you hit and what to do about it. Nothing you have already built gets taken away or quietly switched off.
- What counts as a location?
- A physical address. Each one has its own hours, prices, tax, stock, delivery range and staff. If two kitchens count their stock separately, they are two locations.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual works out to about ten months for twelve. Upgrades start right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period, and we tell you first if you are over the smaller plan’s limits.
- Do I need my own Apple and Google developer accounts?
- Yes, for the app. It goes out under your name, and both stores require the business behind an app to hold the account. We build it and file it — the account just has to be yours.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Nothing switches off the moment a payment fails. There is a grace period, and your data is never deleted because of a missed payment.
- Can I move my existing menu across?
- Upload the spreadsheet you already keep and tell us which column is which. We show you what we read before anything is saved, so a messy file costs you nothing.
- Is there a contract?
- Monthly plans cancel in two clicks. Annual plans run for the year you paid for. Enterprise is the only one we negotiate.
Two months to build it properly. No card.
Upload your menu, set up a location, take a test order. Nothing you build gets thrown away when you upgrade.
