Before Restro

An ordering page rented from an agency, a punch card nobody carried, and paid social aimed at existing customers.

An app with their name on it

Restro built it and filed it with both stores. Bluebird holds the developer accounts, because the stores require the business behind an app to hold them, and because it should be their app.

Every order update reaches the customer on the lock screen.

Offers stay separate from service

Order updates are on by default. Offers stay off until a customer turns them on. They were nervous about that until they saw the open rates.

We were paying to advertise to people who already came in three times a week. Now we just tell them the bread is out.
